How long does shipping take within the country?
Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Do you offer express or standard shipping?
Yes. The type of delivery depends on your area. If express delivery is available, you’ll see the option during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our shipping terms apply locally. We do not yet support international shipping, but it’s coming soon.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes! A tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received updates, you can check the status anytime using your order number and email on our tracking page.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Can I check the product before paying?
If you’ve selected Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll need to pay the delivery or product fee first. After payment, you can open and inspect your package.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our support team will track it and provide updates. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will issue a full refund or re-ship your order at no extra cost.
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, or faulty.
Return shipping costs AED 20, covered by the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 21 business days to the original payment method.
